Susan Murphy completed a Graduate Certificate of Australian Migration Law in 2016. She joined WG&M as a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) in January 2017.

Susan previously worked as a Registered Nurse at Bairnsdale Regional Health Services and later as a teacher, predominantly in the English as an Additional Language field.

Susan holds a Masters in Education (TESOL), a Graduate Diploma in Education (Student Welfare) a Graduate Certificate in Teaching LOTE and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Writing.

As an RMA Susan helps people find their way through the complicated maze of Australian Migration law. Susan assists people with visa and citizenship applications as well as visa refusals, cancellations, appeals to the National Character Consideration Centre, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Ministerial Intervention.

Susan takes pride in providing efficient client service and supporting people through what is often a difficult process.

Susan grew up in Bairnsdale and enjoys the easy life-style and beauty of the East Gippsland region.
