Rohan Hubbard is a Director in WG&M’s Bairnsdale office. Rohan has over 20 years’ experience in Commercial and Business Law.

He can provide advice on a range of business transactions including sale and purchase of a business, franchises, business structures, joint ventures, companies and trusts and commercial and retail leases. He is also experienced in providing property law and contract law advice, including commercial and residential sales and purchases, subdivisions and planning.

Rohan advises and supports many small and medium sized enterprises in a diverse range of matters. He also acts for large enterprises and can provide advice on a variety of matters, prepare contracts and a range of commercial agreements. Some of Rohan’s clients have included Patties Foods, Workways Australia, East Gippsland Water, East Gippsland Shire Council, TAFE Gippsland and Dyers Distribution.

Rohan frequently travels to both Sale and Warburton to visit clients.

He is a former board member of the Committee for Gippsland and is currently the Vice President of the Bairnsdale Club Inc. Rohan is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV).
