Alison Tanner is a Senior Associate in WG&M’s Bairnsdale office. Alison practices in the area of Wills and Estates.

Alison holds Bachelors degrees in Arts and Laws. She was the Purvis Clarke Richards Prize winner in 1993 (awarded to Melbourne University’s top Succession Law Graduate).

Alison assists people with a wide range of matters including Probate and Letters of Administration, Will Disputes, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Guardianship and Administration Orders.

She is a 4th generation East Gippslander and has served multiple terms as a board member of East Gippsland Water and East Gippsland Catchment Management Authority.

Alison is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV).
